Seg\u00fan algunos expertos, es necesario regular el sector con el apoyo de la normativa. Para otros esta soluci\u00f3n no es viable: no se pueden poner puertas al campo. Te lo contamos todo a continuaci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Medidas frente al oportunismo en el Sector Inmobiliario Una historia que viene de lejos Dicen que la historia siempre se repite. Que no aprendemos y que los ciclos vuelven. Y el sector inmobiliario no se libra de ello. Antes del 2008, justo antes del comienzo de la crisis, la buena marcha del sector inmobiliario atrajo a negocios y profesionales faltos de experiencia, con el \u00fanico af\u00e1n de ganar dinero r\u00e1pido y sin complicaciones. Estos nuevos profesionales fueron apodados \u201dlos chiringuitos\u201d y con la llegada de la burbuja, que ellos ayudaron a crear, fueron los primeros afectados por la poca solidez de sus negocios. \u00bfCu\u00e1les fueron las consecuencias? A ra\u00edz de la explosi\u00f3n de la burbuja, la banca restringi\u00f3 el acceso a la financiaci\u00f3n, para as\u00ed dejar fuera de la carrera a los oportunistas. Y hoy en d\u00eda, el cuento se repite 10 a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s, aunque con menos intensidad. Actualmente, el crecimiento del sector inmobiliario atrae a un sector oportunista en busca de dinero f\u00e1cil aprovechando el tir\u00f3n del mercado. La aparici\u00f3n de nuevas compa\u00f1\u00edas de dudosa experiencia e intenciones pone en alerta a las firmas consolidadas del sector, que temen por las repercusiones (para mal) que estas puedan tener en el equilibrio del sector. Un equilibrio al que ha costado mucho llegar tras un ciclo a la baja que ha tenido un impacto negativo en la imagen del sector. Limitar las comisiones de las agencias: \u00bfS\u00ed o no? Una de las propuestas para regular sector inmobiliario es limitar las comisiones que cobran las agencias inmobiliarias por sus servicios.
